Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990
WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/00895: Blyton: W Laird: Blyton Springs, Station Rd: Vary conditions 2, 6 & 7 of 144171, amended layout, parking & landscaping (major app)
b) WL/2025/00906: Nettleham: Mr M Truelove: Land off Crickets Drive: Vary condition 3 of WL/2024/00049 - design changes to house types.
c) WL/2025/00910: Langworth: Mr & Mrs Buchner: The Old Barn, Barlings Lane: erect side/rear extension, porch, double garage, & roof lights. (affects right of way)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
