Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

Proposed developments Spade Oak Quarry Marlow Road Little Marlow Buckinghamshire SL7 3SB

Application 1: CM/0010/25:

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council is applying for planning permission for variation of conditions 1 (Time Limit), 2 (Plans) and 19 (Operations) of planning permission W/97/7079 (Determination of updated planning conditions to replace those on WR/2481/61 for the extraction of sand and gravel) to allow for an amended completion time for the works, an amended restoration plan and the retention of concrete/hardstanding.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and additional information submitted online at https://publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/online-applications/ including via internet terminals in public libraries. The reference number is CM/0010/25.

The planning application documentation can be downloaded free of charge from the planning portal on Buckinghamshire Council’s website.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council is applying for planning permission for creation of car park, footpaths and other Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) infrastructure to facilitate the use of the land as a SANG.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and additional information submitted online at https://publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/online-applications/ including via internet terminals in public libraries. The reference number is CM/0011/25.
