PUBLIC PATH CREATION AGREEMENT 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 3rd September 2025 an agreement was made under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 between Norfolk County Council and Mr & Mrs Darling, the effect of which is to create a public bridleway in the parish of Costessey.

A bridleway in the parish of Costessey starting from Costessey Bridleway No. 7 at grid reference TG 1828 1207 and proceeding in a generally north east direction for approximately 159 metres to grid reference TG 1840 1217 at which point the route turns to run in a north north-east direction for approximately 46 metres to join the Norfolk Trail known as Marriott’s Way at grid reference TG 1843 1221. The width of the way is 3 metres.
