b) Removal of Condition 8 (ventilation, filtration and
fume extraction equipment) of planning permission
20/01656/STPLF (Erection of a 58 bedroom
Residential Care Home and associated infrastructure)
as the condition is no longer relevant due to
the commercial kitchen that formed part of the
consented scheme is no longer required at site of
29 Jewison Lane Sewerby YO15 1DX

c) Installation of glazed timber bi-fold doors including
canvass retractable canopy, timber cladding with
mouldings and sign boards, glazed canopy and
supports to replace existing and creation of new
kiosk unit via internal sub-division of existing
commercial unit at The Floral Pavilion Royal Princes
Parade Bridlington YO15 2PB (Ref: 25/02157/PLB)
d) Installation of patio doors to flats 6 and 8 at first
and second floor levels at 52 South Marine Drive
Bridlington YO15 3JJ (Ref: 25/02347/PLF)
e) Erection of single storey extension to rear following
demolition of existing garden room at 7 Church
Close Bridlington YO16 7BL (Ref: 25/02487/PLF)
Proposals (c,d) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (d,e) affect the setting of a Conservation
Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning
(Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,e) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) a departure from the approved
Development Plan of the area.
Proposals (a,e) affect a public right of way.
