RHODDIR RHYBUDD TRWY HYN, yn unol ag amodau'r ddeddf uchod, bod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd yn bwriadu (a) meddiannu parsel o dir tua 21.4 metr sgwâr o dir ar Ffordd St Fagans, Y Tyllgoed, Caerdydd, er dibenion cynllunio er mwyn datblygu r tir a (b) chael gwared ar y cetyn o dir sy n cynnwys neu sy n rhan o dir agored fel y'i diffinnir yn Adran 123 (2A) Deddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972.

Ceir rhagor o wybodaeth ynghylch y tir yr effeithir arno drwy gysylltu a propinfo@caerdydd.gov.uk.

Dylid cyfeirio unrhyw sylwadau ar yr uchod yn ysgrifenedig at propinfo@cardiff.gov.uk, er mwyn sylw Lottie Egerton, i’w chyrraedd ar neu chyn 17/10/2025.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF 

THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 Sections 122 & 123 (As amended by The Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the above statutory provisions that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff intends to (a) appropriate a parcel of land being approximately 21.4 sq. m. of land being part of Land at St Fagans Road, Fairwater, Cardiff for planning purposes to allow development of the land and (b) dispose of the said parcel of land that consists of or forms part of open space within the meaning of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

Further details of the land affected may be obtained by emailing propinfo@cardiff.gov.uk.

Any representations to the above must be made in writing to propinfo@cardiff.gov.uk, for the attention of Lottie Egerton, to arrive on or before 17/10/2025.
