What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION  AREAS) ACT 1990 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (ENGLAND AND WALES)  REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:

2.    The application relates to, or affects the setting of a Listed Building (Section 67)  of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;

MC/25/1759 - 6 Ordnance Terrace, Chatham ME4 6PT
Reason 2 
Replacement of existing timber windows with slimline double glazed timber units and replacement of existing external doors.

MC/25/1760 - 6 Ordnance Terrace, Chatham ME4 6PT
Reason 2
Listed building consent for replacement of existing timber windows with  slimline double glazed timber units and replacement of existing external doors.
