Notice Of Applications For Planning Permission

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0975.25, Unit 6, Rear Of 61 Crow Lane, Romford. Change of use from storage ( B8) to Pizza Delivery Service (Sui Generis).

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1114.25, Tomkyns Manor, Tomkyns Lane, Upminster. Single storey rear extension to replace conservatory, and alterations to fenestration.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1130.25, Cranham Golf Course, St Marys Lane, Upminster. Outline permission for 4x padel tennis courts, external lighting and associated landscaping with appearance and layout reserved.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.

P1154.25, 62 Balgores Lane, Gidea Park, Romford. Replacement of double-glazed PVCu windows to front and side elevations with double-glazed limber casements.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P2190.21, 6-14 High Street, Romford. Demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a residential development (Class C3) with ground floor commercial floorspace (Class E), with associated amenity space and parking.

The application affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more Application details, including the plans, can be viewed online at: www.havering.gov.uk/planning.
