Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice
Development which would affect Setting of Scheduled Ancient Monument. Siting of 724no. solar panels arranged in 7no. ground mounted solar arrays. Stain Hill Farm, Stain Lane, Withern. T J Denby & Son. (02939/25/FUL).
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice. Development Which would Affect/Adjoin Conservation Area. Extension to existing clubhouse to provide a pump/tank room to contain an irrigation tank, pump and controls. Bowling Green, Jubilee Park, Stixwould Road. Jubilee Park Bowling Club. (03153/25/FUL).
