PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Listed Building Consent for the change of use of two rooms at first floor level from storage for existing DIY retail store to a free access Local History Museum for the local community at J Punton and Son DIY Stores 1-3 Market Place Snaith DN14 9HE (Ref: 25/02406/PLB)

b) Change of use of part of storage building to a food bank and café, replace two existing shutters with windows and replace existing door with glazed door at Manor House 4 Calder Fold Rawcliffe DN14 8BT (Ref: 25/01687/PLF)

c) External and internal refurbishment of existing retail units and associated shopping precinct and conversion of upper floors to nine residential apartments at STREET RECORD The Arcade Goole (Ref: 25/02233/PLF)

d) Change of use of two rooms at first floor level from storage for existing DIY retail store to a free access Local History Museum for the local community at J Punton and Son DIY Stores 1-3 Market Place Snaith DN14 9HE (Ref: 25/02405/PLF)

Proposals (a,b,c,d) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,d) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,d) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
