Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 03 October 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.
BRADFORD-ON-AVON PL/2025/05804 – 40 Newtown, BA15 1NG Replace front Window and front door; PL/2025/07118 & PL/2025/07126 – 23 Market Street, BA15 1LL Proposed New Window;
CHITTERNE PL/2025/06750 – Chitterne Lodge, BA12 0LQ Replacement of windows and doors;
MELKSHAM WITHOUT PL/2025/06749 – Land North of Bath Road (A365) Outline planning application (with all matters except access reserved) for mixed use development comprising residential (up to 205 dwellings), land reserved for expansion of secondary school, public open space, landscaping and associated engineering works;
WARMINSTER PL/2025/06569 – 2 Portway, BA12 8QD Replacement of slate roof/flat lead roof.
