TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012 – NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000705/25 – Installation of an underground section of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) conduit under Gronant Dunes originating from the HDD Entry Pit (consented under FUL/000246/23) to a buried HDD Exit Pit at the Mean High Water Spring (MHWS) line, and burial of a combined electrical and fibre cable across Talacre Beach and Foreshore to the Mean Low Water Spring (MLWS) line, located to the North-West of the Point of Ayr (PoA) Gas Terminal at land to the north Point of Ayr terminal, Holywell.

FUL/000554/25 – Development of residential care facility, access, landscaping and all associated works at Plas Ifan Hotel, Northop Hall.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

LBC/000572/25 – To install secondary glazing to the 4 no. windows of the hall plus 1 no. window to the adjacent meeting room in order to increase the heating efficiency of the building thereby reducing the “carbon footprint” of the building. The secondary glazing frames will attach to the current timber frames and will align with the existing junctions in order to maintain the character and appearance of the building at Village Hall, Llanasa, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
