App No: 25/1852/TCA

Location: Weston House Boughmore Road Sidmouth Devon Proposal: T1, Bay: shorten side growth by 1-2m.

T2, Purple Maple: re-shape by 0.5-1 m.

T3, Beech in hedge: fell.

T4, Lime: reduce spread and height by 2-3m, leaving a height of approximately 14m and a radial spread of approximately 8m. Group 1 six self-sown/suckers of Cornus in hedge: remove to as near ground level as possible.

T5, Pittosporum: reduce by approximately 50% to leave a height

of approximately 2.5m.

T6, Golden Lawson Cypress: fell.

T7, Willow: cut back overhang by garage.

Location: The White Cottage Cotmaton Road Sidmouth Devon Proposal: T1, Thuja: fell (dying).

T2, Bay: reduce by approximately 3m, to leave a height of

approximately 8m.

Budleigh Salterton Subdistrict

App No: 25/1784/FUL

Location: Dalditch Farm Dalditch Lane Budleigh Salterton EX9 7AS Proposal: Change of use of part of agricultural building to farm shop and associated works (Retrospective Application)

Ottery St Mary Subdistrict

App No: 25/1845/TRE

Location: 25 Eastfield West Hill Devon EX11 1XN

Proposal: T1 - Oak: reduce northerly branch where overhanging house,

Maximum Diameter of Cuts (MDC) 100mm. Tip prune any other

foliage to achieve a 2m vertical clearance.

T2 - Oak: reduce North, northwest and western aspects by 2.5m

to achieve an approximate 3m clearance from house, MDC 50-

100mm. Reduce eastern limb overhanging greenhouse by 2.5m

with an MDC of 50mm, crown lift to 4m above ground level MDC

25mm. Remove major hazardous deadwood.

T3 - Oak: dismantle dead leaning tree to near ground level.

T4 - Oak: remove major hazardous deadwood capable of

breaching West Hill Road.
