Proposed Development at Sudbury Primary School, School Lane, Sudbury, Derbyshire, DE6 5HZ Ordnance Survey Grid Reference: 416078 (easting), 331961 (northing)
Application Code No: CD3/0725/6

I give notice that Sudbury Primary School is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the refurbishment of a school building at Sudbury Primary School. 

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN (available online at https:// www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 8 October 2025.

Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 8 October 2025, by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above, by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk,or by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.

The Council thinks that the development would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area which the land/part of the land to which the application relates is in.
