Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Building
25/41027/ANX - Keepers Cottage Uttoxeter Road Chartley - Conversion of existing building to form ancillary accommodation including extensions and alterations.
25/41112/LBC - Keepers Cottage Uttoxeter Road Chartley - Conversion of existing building into ancillary accommodation. Proposed orangery to the rear
25/40855/LBC - Shugborough Park Lichfield Road Shugborough - Addition of a mansafe system on the cafe store room roof and changing of style of handrails to the ramp to the cafe outdoor seating area
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 8 October 2025. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 8 October 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
