Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 29 August 2025 as follows:

25/00689/FUL – Installation of 4.no roof windows – Garage for the Coachmans Cottage, Well Street, Brassington (C)

25/00861/VCOND – Variation of condition 1 of application no. 

21/00428/VCOND – Variation of conditions 2, 7, 8, 9, 13 and 16 of planning permission 19/00082/REM to allow for discharge of construction stage rather than pre-commencement – Land to the south of Main Road, Brailsford (S)(M)

Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area

Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building

Applications with the suffix M is a Major Development 

The applications may be inspected online at www.derbyshiredales. gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
