infrastructure) to amend the approved highways
and drainage plans at Land South East of Britcom
International Limited York Road Market Weighton
YO43 3GA (Ref: 25/01041/STVAR)
b) Erection of a multi-purpose storage shed at Kilnwick
Park Ground Kilnwick Road Pocklington YO42 2LL
(Ref: 25/01950/PLF)
c) Erection of a single and two storey extension to
rear with increase in roof height at rear to replace
existing dormer, following demolition of single storey
extension and outbuilding to rear at 4 St Everildas
Terrace Everingham YO42 4JE (Ref: 25/02370/PLF)
Proposal (c) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a departure from the approved
Development Plan of the area.
Proposal (a) is a major development.
