CA/25/01619: 5 High Street, Bridge, Kent, CT4 5JY Erection of driveway gate and metal railings to existing wall at the front boundary. Applicant: Mr Thomas Grimer Reason: Affects the setting of a listed building in a conservation area.
CA/25/01443: Buttermarket Memorial, Buttermarket, Canterbury, Kent Change of use of land to outdoor seating area. Applicant: Mr Ian Barnes Reason: Conservation area.
CA/25/01473: Derringstone Hill Farm, Derringstone Hill, Barham, Kent, CT4 6QD Change of use land for the stationing of a caravan for residential use. Applicant: Mr Michael Giuntini Reason: Conservation area.
