The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/25/099322/LB 17-21 Dicconson Street, Wigan WN1 1RG. Listed building consent for repairs and maintenance to roofs, timber windows, timber doors, new painted doors and frames to rear, replacement CCTV cameras and external lighting, internal remodelling including removal of existing stud walls and installation of new stud walls and installation of suspended grid ceilings and minor works to external fabric of building to rear elevations to create service penetrations including roof mounted cowl and louvre. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for Listed Building Consent, and which is within a Conservation Area: Dicconson.
