I give notice that Tranquil Homes Limited c/o 4TY Planning Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of reserved matters pursuant to WD/2022/3145/O (outline application for the construction of 9 no. houses together with the formation of a new access and hard and soft landscaping works (all matters reserved except access and layout)). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Southern Counties is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of condition 1 of WD/2025/0021/MFA (variation of condition 7 of WD/2024/0343/MFA
(variation of condition 2 of WD/2021/2265/ MRM (reserved matters (phase 2) pursuant to outline permission WD/2018/0475/MAO (theerection of up to 400 residential dwellings including affordable housing. Provision of new vehicular access from Ersham Road and upgrading of existing vehicular access from Station Road.
