i) Outline - Erection of dwelling (All Matters Reserved) (Re-Submission of 20/01468/OUT) at Land South of Laurel Cottage 13 Church Lane Withernwick HU11 4TH (Ref: 25/02483/OUT)
j) Erection of a dwelling and detached garage at Land East of The Light Dragoon 34 Main Street Etton HU17 7PQ (Ref: 25/02464/PLF)
k) Variation of Condition 11 (approved plans) of planning permission 17/02058/VAR (Removal of Condition 3 (lantern roof lights) and Variation of Condition 10 (approved plans) on application 16/01672/PLF) for the erection of a dwelling with associated works to access) in relation to amended parking and turning facilities, boundary treatments, and the addition of an extension to the west elevation (Retrospective application) at The Hazels York Road Beverley HU17 8DP (Ref: 25/02367/VAR)

Proposals (a,b,c,e,f,h,i,j,k,l) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (c,e,l) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,c,e,j,l) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (g) affects a public right of way.
