What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building

1.Proposed Change of use from Use Class e(c)(ii) professional services (other than medical services) to Use Class C3 dwellinghouses to form 4 no. Flats at First and Second Floors 58 High Street Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 1QE by Koroglu Ltd. File ref: 25/00640/ COUNOT (Application site is within Town conservation area).
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13

1.Variation of condition 13 of the planning permission 19/00515/OUT (granted at appeal ref. APP/ P3420/W/20/3249304) to delay the requirement to deliver the footway/cycleway link to the north-east of the site until the later stages of the construction of the development, and enable the use of this part of the site for sales operations in the interim period, on a temporary basis at Seabridge Community Education Centre, Roe Lane, Newcastle, ST5 2HY by Vistry Homes (North Midlands). File ref. 25/00617/ FUL

2.Variation of condition 15 of planning permission 23/00659/REM to delay the requirement to deliver the footway/cycleway link to the north-east of the site until the later stages of the construction of the development, and enable the use of this part of the site for sales operations in the interim period, on a temporary basis at Seabridge Community Education Centre, Roe Lane, Newcastle, ST5 2HY by Vistry Homes (North Midlands). File ref. 25/00658/ FUL 
During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice the Planning Authority provides the facility to inspect the application plans and documents on line at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk by following the link to Planning and Public Access

Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Management, Directorate of Growth & Development, Newcastleunder-Lyme Borough Council, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk 
Please bear in mind that any comments and the name and address of the persons making the comments will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties as they form part of the statutory register for applications and will be displayed on the Councils website. Personal data, such as signatures, email address and telephone numbers will be removed. However, the names and addresses of those people who comment on the application are required and will be published. Please note that anonymous comments cannot be taken into consideration.

You may wish to avoid unnecessary publication of your personal details by sending your representations as attachments when corresponding by email, but you will need to include your name and address. The Council does not require signatures on letters.
