Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission.
Savills (UK) Ltd of Wytham Court, 11 West Way, Oxford, OX2 0QL gives notice that, on behalf of Bellway Homes, it is applying to Wiltshire Council for full planning permission for the erection of 43 dwellings, including associated access, parking, open space, landscaping, drainage and other associated works. The site is situated immediately north-west of the B4553, Cricklade.
Anyone who claims an interest in the strip of land between the B4553 and the site, should notify Savills (UK) Ltd at the above address within 21 days from the date of this notice quoting reference PLANNING B4553 CRICKLADE (tel: 01865 269000).
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Planning, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN within 21 days of this notice.
