Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Application Number: P/2025/0489/FUL

Proposal:

Erection of 4no. two and a half storey terraced houses (Class C3), and 2no. three storey buildings to form 22no self-contained flats (Class C3) with associated landscaping, amenity space and car parking facilities.

Applicant: Mr Chris Jones

Location: Land At Brynn Street, St Helens

The application is for a Major Development.

Application Number: P/2025/0143/FUL

Proposal:

Change of use of land to cemetery (sui generis), incorporating burial and memorial plots, with associated roads, footpaths, parking areas, drainage infrastructure, landscaping, and other associated works.

Applicant: Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council

Location: Land At Whiston Woods, Rainhill, St Helens

The application is for a Major Development and could affect a Public Right of Way.

If you have any comments about the applications, they can be submitted online or in writing to the Town Hall within 21 days of the publication of this notice. If you decide to submit comments, no acknowledgement will be sent. Any comments received are open to public inspection and will be displayed on the Council’s website.
