What is planned?

Public consultation relating to the redevelopment of the site of Paisley Grammar School, Paisley.

NIXON Ltd invites members of the public to view development proposals for the site of the existing Paisley Grammar School, Glasgow Road.

The proposal is for approximately 120 dwellings on the site of the current Paisley Grammar School once it is unoccupied in June 2026.

The exhibition will seek views from local residents and stakeholders, with members of the development team on hand to answer questions.

The event will take place at: Paisley Grammar School, Glasgow Road, Paisley, PA1 3RP on the 25th September 2025 between 18:00 and 21:00. There will be a follow up event on the 23rd October 2025 to show how development proposals have been updated on account of the comments.

Comments can be made by email within 7 days of the initial public consultation on the above email or postal address. 

Disabled access is available for those who require it.

We would confirm that comments made are not directly to the council, but to the designers. The designers will make every effort to take account of comments made into the design submitted with the planning application. Formal comments on the planning application should be submitted directly to Renfrewshire Council after submission of the application
