25/P/1696/FUH - Proposed demolition of existing rear garage and detached outbuildings. Erection of a part-two, part single storey side extension, re-roofing throughout including the installation of multiple rooflights and fenestration alterations to the West elevation. Associated landscaping and widening of a parking area at Ash House, Front Street, Churchill.

25/P/1689/FUH - Proposed erection of a part and full single storey front extension and raising the height of the existing flat roof to include the installation of 2no. roof lights and new external rendered insulation and internal re-configurations.
