The Council gives notice that it has received the following applications which it is required to advertise under Town and Country Planning, and Wildlife and Countryside legislation

Notice is hereby given that application(s) have been made to the Dover District Council for consent to carry out the following proposal(s):

25/00537       9A And 9B Park Place, Dover, CT16 1DF                                        Change of use of fast food takeaway to beauty salon and conversion of self
contained flats to hotel, to include 3 storey rear extension, erection of
dormer windows and rooflights (existing garage to be demolished).      
The Development is within a Conservation Area.
                      
25/01003       Woodbine Cottage, Coombe Lane, Ash, Canterbury, CT3 2BS      
Erection of a first floor front extension with Juliette balcony     
The development may affect a Right of Way.

25/00979 - Megger Limited, Archcliffe Road, Dover, CT17 9EN                       Erection of a two-storey link extension with associated alterations (existing single storey link extension to be demolished)      
The development is likely to affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Erection of dwellinghouse  (existing barn to be demolished) (Self-Build)         
The proposal is a departure from the development plan.

25/01002 - Land South West Of Trystar, Ellens Road, Deal     
Reserved Matters  application for details of access, landscaping, layout,
scale, appearance and discharge of condition 4, pursuant to outline
permission 22/00170 (Outline Application for a Self Build Project, for a Low
Impact 3 to 4 Bedroom Dwelling, using Sustainable Design and Construction
Methods (with all matters reserved))                    
The proposal is a departure from the development plan.

Removal of pitched roof,  erection of a second storey extension and new roof  terrace              
The development affects the setting of a Listed Building and is within a Conservation Area.

25/00961- 7 Golden Street, Deal, CT14 6JU                                                          Conversion of garage to habitable accommodation, insertion of windows to    front/rear and new dwarf wall with railings          
The development affects the setting of a Listed Building and is within a Conservation Area.
                      

25/00980 - 14 Delf Street, Sandwich, Kent, CT13 9BZ                                         
Change of use of rear store to office. Replacement rear door and windows    
The development affects the setting of a Listed Building and setting of a
Conservation Area.

The applications can be viewed on the Council’s website, www.dover.gov.uk and/or the Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Dover CT16 3PJ.

Representations on the applications can be made via the Council’s website. This is the Council’s preferred method as it is the speediest way to log your views into our electronic system. Alternatively, representations can be emailed to developmentcontrol@dover.gov.uk or sent by letter to the Development Management Section at the White Cliffs Business Park address.

Representations should be made within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice and should quote the application reference number. Any representations received will be available for public inspection. Representations will not be acknowledged but those making representations will be informed of the Council’s decision.
