What is planned?

On the 5th day of August 2025 an Inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers confirmed the above Order made under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to create a public footpath from the junction with the public road at grid reference 330283,205584 and proceeding in a generally south south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 175 metres to meet public footpath no. 46 at grid reference 330221,205423.
A copy of the Order and the Order Plan are available to view free of charge at the office of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, Plas y Ffynnon, Cambrian Way, Brecon, Powys between 9.00am and 4.00pm
on weekdays. Copies of the Order and Plan may be acquired free of charge by contacting row@beacons-npa.gov.uk or by phoning 01874 624 437.
The Order comes into force on the date hereof but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof or of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways
Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act within 6 weeks from the date hereof make an application to the High Court.
