Conversion of the first floor (ancillary to the ground floor Ponders End library) to 8no self-contained office and conversion of some part of the ground floor to a E use class café at Ponders End Library, 198–200 High Street, Ponders End, Enfield EN3 4EZ.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Brett Leahy, Enfield Council, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XY

Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
