NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Chadwell Oak LLP to obtain planning permission for:
Application No: 25/01215/VAR
Proposal: Variation of conditions 2 and removal of conditions 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 46 attached to planning permission 22/01757/FULL (as amended by non-material amendment 25/01206/NONMAT) to allow for minor material amendments including the replacement of the approved public house with flexible commercial/community space (Use Classes E/F1/F2) alongside the removal of the basement and associated sprinkler tank, reconfiguration of the ground floor, provision of additional balconies in place of approved terrace and minor amends to two first floor units to enable provision of balconies.
