What is planned?

The following applications have been received:-
AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - P0891/25/FUL - Change of use of land from agricultural to equestrian and erection of 4 stables, tack and food store with associated works - Hillside House, Bulley, Churcham. WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P1098/25/LBC - Listed building consent for the erection of an ancillary annex with glazed link to Camp Cottage, internal alterations (removal of several modern boarded walls to the existing bathroom area) replacement windows and doors and remedial works (damp proofing to the South East chimney) - Camp Cottage, Upleadon Road, Highleadon, Newent.
AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P1097/25/FUL - Erection of an ancillary annex with glazed link to Camp Cottage, internal alterations, replacement windows and doors with remedial and associated works - Camp Cottage, Upleadon Road, Highleadon, Newent.
WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0964/25/LBC - Listed Building Consent to replace tiles and repairs to part of the roof and dormer window. -  Ellwood Lodge , Little Drybrook, Clements End, Coleford.
THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE FOR THE AREA - P1081/25/FUL - Erection of a single self-build, single-storey dwelling -  Land Adjacent Bridewell Farm, Woodland Road, Christchurch, Coleford.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. 
Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 8th October 2025
