Proposed development at 23 Woolwich Road, Belvedere, Kent
I give notice that application is being made by Mr M Goshal to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:- Excavation works to create basements to both workshops, First floor side extension and replacement of asbestos roof with cement fiber sheets.

I give notice that application is being made by Mr R Babb to the London Borough of Bexley Council for Listed Building Consent for :- Listed Building Consent for Replacement of existing twinwall polycarbonate roof with skylight and a new flat roof incorporating warm deck construction and two skylights.
