25/P/1594/FUL - Erection of a single storey extension to Dental Surgery to create 2no consulting rooms, and a bin store at 17 Linden Road, Clevedon.

Listed Building Application

25/P/1722/FUL & 25/P/1723/LBC - Listed building consent for the proposed installation of a new wood burning stove, flue and external chimney to the annexe at Annexe at Brook Farm, Moor Lane, Clapton-in-Gordano.

25/P/1747/LBC - Listed building consent for proposed redecoration and restoration works, to include: repainting of various surfaces to restore the colour scheme to Great Western Railway colours from pre 1948 (GWR Light Stone, Dark Stone, Purple Brown, Factory Brown with elements of white and black).
