PL/25/2532/FA & PL/25/2533/HB LB Forge Cottage, 38 Hedgerley Lane, Gerrards Cross, SL9 7NR Conversion of attached garage to habitable accommodation with new pitched roof with sash windows to front elevation. extension to the side of existing rear extension and reconstruction of existing rear extensions elevation and replacement of flat roof with zinc standing seam, with full height glazing.
Proposals include ancillary internal alterations and joinery amendments.

applications that go to appeal.
