Remove branches with non-variegated leaves.

T3 – Oak: dismantle dead leaning tree to near ground level.

Proposal: Oak: Reduce the largest and most dominant stems arising from previous topping cuts by removal of the largest stem (axis) at first forking event making pruning cuts averaging 50–100mm in diameter. Reduce retained stems by ~1-1.5m using reduction via thinning techniques where retained stems maintain existing spread. Intended to retain staged reduction of tree height and avoid reduction cuts into the lower canopy.
