Take notice that application is being made by Dalton Aram Planning Ltd on behalf of Clem Kelsey for planning permission -
Planning Permission - Proposed conversion of building to create 1 no. dwelling
Listed Building Consent - Retention of walls, stone mullion window frames and doorway on north and south elevations along with retention of roof. Reinstatement of glazing in all windows, insertion of doors and loft floors along with repointing.
Application submitted to East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Honiton EX14 1EJ.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
