Aldham (ALB)(CDP) - DC/25/03813 Plot 1 Land At: Hadleigh Road, Elmsett, Suffolk. Submission of Details Application (Application for approval of Reserved Matters in part) for Outline Planning Permission DC/21/06806 dated 16/07/2024 - Town and Country Planning (Development Planning Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) - Erection of 5 no. dwellings with garage - Details of Appearance, Scale, Landscaping and Layout for Plot 1 only - (1 No. self-build dwelling and detached garage).

Assington (ALB) (LBC) - DC/25/03890 & DC/25/03891 The Old Post Office, The Street, Assington, CO10 5LJ. Erection of an outbuilding (following demolition of existing) with Glazed Link to existing House, and associated works, to provide ancillary accommodation; and Insertion of cast metal Conservation Rooflight to Study Rear Roof-Slope.

Great Cornard (CDP)(RAIL) - DC/25/03824 Kelryan House, Red House Lane, Great Cornard, CO10 0JB. Application for Outline Planning Permission (Access points to be considered, all other matters reserved) Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - for the erection of up to 4 No Single Storey Dwellings including a New Private Access Drive from Red House Lane.

Kersey (CDP) - DC/25/03819 Barn South Of Water Lane, Kersey. Erection of 1 No. self-build dwelling (following demolition of existing building) and all ancillary works (class Q fall back DC/23/04566).

Lavenham (LBC) - DC/25/03778 Frogs Hall, Frogs Hall Road, Lavenham, CO10 9QH. Repair and maintenance to sections of the roof where roof is leaking. Replace lead flashing in gulley and around chimneys. Lay new battens and felt to area above dining room and north side and repair rotten timber as required. Adjust pvc guttering where guttering has been placed too low.

Lawshall (ALB)(CDP) - DC/25/03203 Freors, The Street, Lawshall, IP29 4QA. Erection of an extension to existing annexe.

Little Waldingfield (CDP) - DC/25/02338 Brands Field, Little Waldingfield. Change of use of land to Natural Burial Ground (NBG) and associated parking area.

Long Melford (ALB)(CON)(LBC) - DC/25/03809 & DC/25/03810 Stone Cottage, Hall Street, Long Melford, CO10 9JD. Erection of a single storey rear extension.

Long Melford (LBC) - DC/25/03802 Ruses Cottages, Hall Street, Long Melford. Replacement slate roof with new breathable membrane and roofing battens.

Newton (LBC)(ALB) - DC/25/03880 & DC/25/03496 The Deans, Sudbury Road, Newton, CO10 0QS. Removal of cement render cladding, basic repairs to frame, installing some insulation and recladding with Lime plaster. Repair to garden wall.

Shotley (CDP) - DC/25/03683 The Potting Shed, 9-10 Rose Farm Cottages, Rose Farm Lane, Shotley, IP9 1PH. Demolition of existing one bedroom Annex and construction of 1no two-bedroom Annex with parking.

Sudbury (ALB)(CON)(LBC) - DC/25/03811 & DC/25/03812 Holden House, 19 Stour Street, Sudbury, CO10 2AX. Proposed gates to existing access.
