Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning applications for development in the Borough, which are hereby advertised.

THE PROPOSAL BELOW IS ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

Wellesley Recreational Ground, Wellesley Road/Sandown Road, Great Yarmouth; Variation of Condition 2 of pp 06/83/0092/SU (Flood lighting scheme); Proposed changes to the permitted levels of light and light fittings and specifications. Application No: 06/25/0438/VCF (1,2)

Land between Limekiln Walk and Vauxhall Bridge Approach, North Quay, Great Yarmouth; Continued use of land for a temporary period of 2 years, for car storage and sales (Retrospective). Application No: 06/23/0657/F (1,2,4)

1 Paston Place, St Georges Road, Great Yarmouth; Proposed single storey rear extension to infill covered yard, with flue. Application No: 06/25/0550/HH

(3)33 Regent Street, Great Yarmouth; Proposed conversion of first and second floors to retail and office space to create 3no. self-contained flats; Shopfront alterations and creation of new access to front; Alterations to rear to create new access; Change of use of land to the north of Row 70 to residential use in association with the new dwellings – Revised Plans. Application No: 06/23/0769/F (2)

Written representations should be sent to plan@great-yarmouth.gov.uk by no later than 26th September 2025 quoting the application number. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the Council's website, and will be referred to the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
