RB2025/1161 - Outline application for residential development of up to
136 dwellings including details of access at land west of St Albans Way Wickersley for Richborough

This application would affect the character or appearance of Wales  
Conservation Area

existing house and proposed extension at 66 Church Street Wales for  Mr & Mrs Preston

The above application(s) have been received by the Council.

The Council will allow 21 days from the date of this notice for written comments on the application. Your comments will be considered before a decision is made and your letter may be seen by members of the public (including the applicant).
