There is a full planning application with the council, and one of the requirements are that we need to notify all owners that we will be using the rear service road for entry into the garden to allow parking.
We have a right of access to use the road but since it is a shared access we give notice to who ever owns the garages to the service road behind Burlington Avenue (Even numbers) can you please contact me.
