Affects a Conservation Area:
NYM/2025/0494, Ms Helen Almond, 1 Grant Close, Osmotherley, installation of five CCTV cameras and three wall mounted awnings and erection of gates with ANPR camera installed to gatepost (retrospective);
NYM/2025/0512, Mrs Kathleen Mair, 52 High Street, Swainby, installation of one replacement composite door and two uPVC windows to front elevation;
