NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
Notice is hereby given that a planning application is being made by Wakefield Council Regeneration Department (App ref. 24/01730/FUL: 1- 11 Northgate, Wakefield WF1 1HE), to Wakefield Council for: “Demolition of two commercial blocks and removal of one tree for the delivery of a new city square and associated works including the resurfacing of Bread Street, new public realm, street furniture, landscaping, planting and creation of events space.”
The application site includes a small portion of land whose owner is unregistered.
Any Owner* or tenant entitled to an interest in the land is invited to make representations to Wakefield Council, Planning Department, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
* “Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest with an unexpired term of at least 7 years.
