permission 21/03330/PLF (Erection of extension
to residential care home to create 16 additional
bedrooms with terraces at second floor and erection
of an orangery) to allow for the inclusion of a revised
draft lobby and an updated landscape plan at site of
29 Jewison Lane Sewerby YO15 1DX
(Ref: 25/02259/VAR)
c) Removal of condition 2 (holiday occupancy),
condition 3 (main residence restriction) and
condition 4 (occupiers register) of planning
permission 20/04320/PLF to allow for permanent
residential use at The Boiler Room 20C South Cliff
Road Bridlington YO15 3AS (Ref: 25/02532/VAR)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (b) is a major development.
