LOCATION: On lands around No. 28 Ballyheifer Road, Magherafelt.



WEBSITE: A pre-application community consultation website for the proposal will be live from Thursday 11th September until Friday 10th October 2025. The website can be viewed at

and will display details of the proposed development.
