NOTICE OF PLANNING APPEAL

I, Aksana Green (Castle Accommodation), give notice that I have lodged an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate against the decision of Adur District Council on planning application reference [Application Ref No.LU/308/24/PL] relating to land at: 27 Clifton Road Littlehampton BN17 5TE
The development proposed is:
Change of use (Ground Floor) to Sui Generis HMO (with internal staircase leading to First Floor) and 1 No. self-contained Ground Floor C3 unit. Raising of internal floor level by 600mm and amendments to fenestrations.
As part of this appeal, I have completed Certificate C of Ownership because I am unable, after reasonable inquiry, to identify all of the owners of part of the land affected by the application.
Any owner of the land (being a freeholder or a leaseholder with an unexpired term of 7 years or more) who wishes to make representations about this appeal should contact the Planning Inspectorate without delay, quoting the appeal reference [Appeal not yet submitted - please refer to Arun planning portal, using the Application Reference above for further details].
