CA/25/01540: 72 Nelson Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1EA  Replacement all windows and doors from upvc to upvc to front elevation.  Applicant: Ms Victoria Beach  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01534: 39 St Peter’s Place, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2DA  First floor rear extension together with new patio doors to ground floor.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Starling  Reason: Setting of a listed building in a conservation area.

CA/25/01538: Aviemore, Rectory Lane, Barham, Kent, CT4 6PE  Single-storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Alan Todd  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01559: 60 Albert Street, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1HT  Single-storey infill rear extension together with insertion of obscure glazed window at first floor rear elevation following demolition of rear porch.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Sutherland  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01566: 19B Milton House, Roper Close, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 7EP  Retrospective installation of three HVAC condenser units on the first floor of the North-West elevation.  Applicant: Mr Oliver Nonis  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01455: 35 Central Parade, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5HX  Retrospective application for change of colour to the exterior front elevation from yellow to orange.  Applicant: Mrs Abby Mitchell  Reason: Setting of a listed building in a conservation area.

CA/25/01579: 112 Mortimer Street, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5EB  Change of use at first and second floors from retail to four residential dwellings together with the insertion of independent door to shopfront and window to first floor and second floor rear elevation.  Applicant: Mr Nachman Leifer  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01585: Four Seasons, Meadow Close, Bridge, Kent, CT4 5AT  First floor extension to front and side elevation.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs B White  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01582: Court Chambers, 9-10 Broad Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2LP  Application for Listed Building Consent for external alterations including one non- illuminated timber hanging sign to front elevation and one non-illuminated timber fascia sign to front elevation.  Applicant: Mr Kasapi  Reason: Work to a listed building.
