What is planned?

The following applications have been received:-
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P0917/25/FUL - Removal of a window and a dormer window in the sloped roof above, replace with French doors and glass Juliet balcony housed in a new dormer roof - Barn Lodge, Church Lane, Alvington, Lydney.
AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - P0657/25/FUL
- Installation of a new sewage treatment plant and associated drainage Grange Village, Dean Road, Newnham.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/MAJOR DEVELOPMENT/THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN PLACE FOR THE AREA - P1011/25/APP - Variation to condition 1 (Approved Plans) to allow for amendments to layout, site plots, access, attenuation basins and gas tank details and removal of Condition 2 and Condition 3 (Local Play Area of application ref. P1772/18/ APP Approval of reserved matters for the development of 11 new dwellings with new access created on to Clanna Road (Retrospective) - Land Off, Clanna Road, Alvington.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council's website at www. fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 1st October 2025. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
