Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Land Adjacent 3 Norfolk Road Maldon - Construction of a detached two-storey four-bedroom house with integral garage and driveway adjacent to 3 Norfolk Road. Renewal of planning permission 22/00827/FUL. Ref No: 25/00640/FUL

63 Church Street Maldon - Two pitched roof dormer windows to east facing side elevation and external alterations including traditional timber feather-edged weatherboarding to front upper gable. Ref No: 25/00742/HOUSE

Departure from the Local Development Plan

Former Barn Hall Farm Barnhall Road Tolleshunt Knights - Retention of former bungalow to be used as an accessible 1-bed annexe to the new 4-bedroom dwelling at the site following erection of new link to the main house and external materials on bungalow to change from render to cladding to match the 4-bed dwelling. Ref No: 25/00729/FUL
