I give notice that Albion Land Asset Management Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 14 July 2025 for planning permission for “Hybrid application comprising: (1) outline planning permission for up to 600 dwellings with all matters reserved except for access and (2) use of existing site to disassemble public railcar and community woodland”

The planning permission 25/01820/HYBRID constitutes EIA development and was accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposal constitutes “major” development and a departure from the adopted Local Plan.
