Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:

1. The site of the application is within/affecting the setting of a designated Conservation Area (Section 73) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;

Reason 1 

Application for replacement of the existing front and rear timber doors and windows, together with the installation of 14mm double-glazed modern timber sash windows in place of the existing timber sash units.

MC/25/1697 - 137 High Street, Rainham, Gillingham, Medway

Reason 1

Construction of a single storey building consisting of two 1-bedroom dwellings, and demolition of existing outbuilding.
