NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

I give notice that Heritage Quarry Group Ltd, Banbury Road, Chipping Norton, OX7 4NS has submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement for the planning application for: Phase 3 extension of limestone extraction, use of mobile processing plant, retention of site welfare and office facilities, installation of container for a hand-cropping operation and restoration to woodland, grassland, natural regeneration and agriculture at Rollright Quarry, Little Rollright, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 5QB
